Douglas leads our effort to translate client marketing strategies into quality creative products. He participates in many facets of the business to refine our processes and practice of producing relevant, distinctive design programs. He excels at articulating brand personality and positioning, and he helps us use everything we learn to develop enduring brand identities and successful customer experiences. Prior to Integrate, Douglas enjoyed a 13-year stint with Resource (aka Resource Interactive). He began there as a writer and strategist, advanced to senior writer and eventually became an associate creative director. In 1997, he established information architecture as a separate discipline at the company; by early 1999, he undertook the task of building a successful usability studies practice. Douglas's work has been honored by the American Advertising Federation, Columbus Society of Communication Arts, Communication Arts Magazine, How Magazine, ID Magazine and One Show Interactive. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University. |
